1. When you call our free helpline (888)664-8624, a caseworker will answer your phone call or you will be requested to leave a message with your number and a suitable time to return your call. If you leave a message, your call will be returned within 24 hours.

  1. All MAI Family Services caseworkers are professionally trained and qualified to discuss your concerns and provide you with information.

  2. We will do our best to match you with a caseworker that speaks your native language if you are not fluent in English.

  1. The MAI Family Services caseworker will talk to you over the phone about your concerns. You can also set up a meeting with the caseworker at our office or another location if you prefer to talk in person. You can also communicate with the caseworker over email.
     

  2. The caseworker will try to understand the problems you face and then, based on your needs, provide you with immediate assistance or refer you to appropriate services.
     

    1. The caseworker will NEVER tell you what to do or make decision for you.

    2. All the information you share with the caseworker will be kept confidential.

    3. You will not be forced to share any information that you do not want to share.
