When you call our free helpline
(888)664-8624, a caseworker will answer your phone call or
you will be requested to leave a message with your number
and a suitable time to return your call. If you leave a
message, your call will be returned within 24 hours.
-
All MAI Family Services caseworkers
are professionally trained and qualified to discuss your
concerns and provide you with information.
-
We will do our best to match you
with a caseworker that speaks your native language if you
are not fluent in English.
-
The MAI Family Services caseworker
will talk to you over the phone about your concerns. You
can also set up a meeting with the caseworker at our
office or another location if you prefer to talk in
person. You can also communicate with the caseworker over
email.
-
The caseworker will try to
understand the problems you face and then, based on your
needs, provide you with immediate assistance or refer you
to appropriate services.
-
The caseworker will NEVER tell you
what to do or make decision for you.
-
All the information you share with
the caseworker will be kept confidential.
-
You will not be forced to share any
information that you do not want to share.
